Hoodia, first of all, is a kind of appetite suppressant extracted from a cactus-like plant that grows in South Africa only. Long time ago, tribesmen in Africa used this plant to help them not to feel hungry and thirsty easily during hunting.
Hoodia Gordonii works by "fooling" your body into thinking that you are already full so you don't crave for food easily. Eventually, you will tend to eat less and lose weight as a result.
