Don't do it. Please don't waste your money. I use to play around with diet pills thinking that the stuff they told me on the tv commercial was true. I couldn't of been more wrong.

The only thing it made me lose was my money and motivation.

I did lose a few pounds but I suspect it was either water weight or muscle weight because I gained all the weight right back.

It's been real steady fat loss, and the workouts are the best I've
ever done. Makes me feel like I worked really hard.

Has some great quick meal plans too, which helped since I don't have
